URGENT: Unauthorized transfer of organization repositories to personal account

Hello GitHub Support Team/Community,

I am writing to request urgent assistance recovering repositories that were transferred out of our organization without authorization.

Organization: RSOP-CoAction-Catalyst
My role: Organization Owner / CEO

Repositories affected

According to our GitHub organization audit log, the following company-owned repositories were transferred from the organization to a personal account:

1. SheriffServe

   • From: RSOP-CoAction-Catalyst
   • To: Kuda-T-N
   • Actor: Kuda-T-N (Kuda Nyatsambo)
   • Date & Time: 3 July 2025, 23:02:13 UTC

2. SheriffFlow

   • From: RSOP-CoAction-Catalyst
   • To: Kuda-T-N
   • Actor: Kuda-T-N
   • Date & Time: 3 July 2025, 22:59:10 UTC

3. sheriff-flow

   • From: RSOP-CoAction-Catalyst
   • To: Kuda-T-N
   • Actor: Kuda-T-N
   • Date & Time: 21 June 2025, 23:08:21 UTC

4. ClickToSwitch

   • From: RSOP-CoAction-Catalyst
   • To: Kuda-T-N
   • Actor: Kuda-T-N
   • Date & Time: 21 June 2025, 23:05:58 UTC

Context

These repositories are company platforms and intellectual property owned by the organization. A co-founder recently exited the company and transferred these repositories to his personal GitHub account. These transfers were not authorized by company leadership.

Evidence provided

• Organization audit log entries showing repo.transfer_outgoing events (actor, timestamps)
• Repository URL redirects confirming transfer destination
• Proof of organization ownership and my role as org owner (available upon request)

Request

We respectfully request GitHub’s assistance to:

• Investigate these transfers, and
• Restore the repositories to the organization RSOP-CoAction-Catalyst, or
• Advise the fastest approved recovery process.
