Look here and here to see if the payment went well and the subscription is active in general. If so, try to log out out of GitHub entirely and then back in. Let me know if this helps! |

Hi people/dev/admin I recently subscribed to copilot pro but when I did it catches an error saying im not compatible but the payment has gone through and my money was deducted, however when i looked at the payment history it did not show. Now when I tried to redo the payment(im panicking) It throws a message that I'm already subscribed HOWEVER when i looked at the licensing under billing and licensing it says that I'm using a FREE VERSION of copilot.
