Help signing up to education as student please

Hi everyone,

I am trying to sign up as student - i seem to be able to upload to be able to provide only one document in the process.
I have tried student card, enrollment letter and transcript (and have ensured my name on profile is correct) - every time it fails.
Wondered if reaching out here might provide some insight and remove my frustration :)

A few things you could double-check that sometimes cause failures:

• The document must be current (usually within the last 3–6 months).
• Make sure the document clearly shows your full name, institution name, and current status (e.g. “enrolled” or a current semester).
• If it’s a student ID card, some systems require a valid expiration date to be visible.
• If possible, upload from a desktop browser rather than mobile — the upload validator is sometimes stricter on mobile.

Thanks i will try on desktop only tried mobile - is there a way to change from photo to file - very odd it only lets me pick photo even on desktop
