Now it did, but it doesn't show up yet under: https://github.com/settings/sponsors-log
I also got a: 3 day voucher to my account to temporarily reactivate services
I made 2 tickets but I also can't find them so I don't know if I ever get a reply because it also looks like AI is handling everything ?
I go to: https://support.github.com/ but it says there aren't any tickets when i click My Tickets

hey so the payment can take like a day or so to show up in your sponsors log, thats pretty normal. the 3 day voucher is just to keep things running while it processes

for the tickets - make sure youre logged into the right github account when checking. also check your email and spam folder for any confirmation that you actually sent them

id say wait like 24 hours for the payment to show up. if you still cant find your tickets or nothing happens you can make a new one at https://support.github.com/contact and mention you made tickets before

payment stuff usually gets looked at by actual people not just bots so you should get help. if the payment went through (check your bank/card) then the sponsorship should activate soon even if it doesnt show in the log yet

Okay thank you the payment is good at my N26 bank and also on github but I don't see the it yet again in the sponsorship log here on GitHub, I probably maybe have to wait till the 3 day period is over I hope.
