Watching videos in issue tickets doesn’t always respect wakelock

This happens about 50% of the time

If I watch a video in an issue ticket, I expect the phone to prevent from going to sleep.

Half the time when I watch the video (or rewatch a video twice back to back) it'll allow the phone to go to sleep with video
Still playing which is unexpected behavior
