Pending GitHub Sponsors approval for over 3 weeks

My GitHub Sponsors profile has been pending review for more than three weeks.
I’ve completed all the required steps, but the status still shows as “We need more information to continue.”

I’d appreciate any update or guidance on what’s missing, as this delay prevents me from launching my sponsorship program and supporting ongoing open-source projects.

Yeah, three weeks is way too long ,, sounds like your review got stuck. Double-check that your tax and ID info are complete, then contact GitHub Support at github support with your username and a screenshot so they can sort it out.
